This is the agreement between you and Instant Eprex. By registering an account or using the platform, you're saying you've read these terms and you're on board with them. We've kept the language as human as we reasonably could.
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the user," "you") and Instant Eprex Ltd. ("Instant Eprex," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you've read these terms, you understand them, and you agree to be bound by them.
If you don't agree with anything here, please don't use the platform. That's the simplest way to put it.

Each user may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to game bonuses, evade limits, or otherwise misuse the service will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts.
Instant Eprex provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes market data, generates trading signals, and can execute trades on your behalf through partner brokers based on the preferences you set. Specifically:
Trading carries real financial risk. You could lose some or all of the money you put in. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Registration on the Instant Eprex platform is free. Account funding, trade execution, and withdrawals are handled by the selected broker partner; their fee structure applies to those operations. We may charge:
We never debit anything from your broker account without explicit consent, and all fees are itemized in your monthly statement.
Don't use the platform to do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Specifically, you agree not to:
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and — where appropriate — referral to law enforcement.
Everything on the platform — the AI models, the dashboard design, the brand name, logos, text, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to Instant Eprex and protected by intellectual property laws. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own personal trading activities. You don't get to copy, distribute, or build competing products from it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be legally excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold Instant Eprex, its employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
You can close your account at any time through the dashboard or by emailing support@immediate-ai-eprex.com. We can suspend or terminate your account if:
After termination, any clauses that by their nature should survive — confidentiality, IP, liability, disputes — will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first — email legal@immediate-ai-eprex.com and we'll work with you in good faith. If that doesn't work, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of London, United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we make material changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and via a notice on the platform. If you keep using the service after the new terms take effect, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, you can close your account.
